1. Do you ship internally? How much is shipping?
Yes, we ship everywhere and the shipping is free to all world. If there is a shipping charge for any item, you will be mentioned below.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
We start processing your order as soon as it is submitted, however, we require 3-4 working days for us to prepare and ship your product. Items are shipped from one of our four warehouses located in the USA, UK and China. Generally shipping worldwide takes around 15-30 working days from shipment date. This timeframe may vary depending on the country and package delivered.

3. I have only received part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from different stores using different carriers so some items may arrive sooner than others. Also, some parcels often experience delays in shipping while others do not. If you would like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

If you plan to give an item to us as a gift or an occasional gift, we do not recommend purchasing items during the month in which the holiday occurs. There is a risk that the item will not get there on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
